Job Purpose: Executive - Landscape is responsible for execution of landscape design projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements. The role facilitates effective communication with stakeholders, prepares and maintains comprehensive design documentation, and ensures high-quality and compliant design outcomes. With a focus on precision and quality, the Executive contributes to creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable landscapes for airport environments.

Execute Landscape Design Tasks:

Create and update Landscape design drawings and models according to project specifications and client requirements. Ensure that designs meet project goals and adhere to environmental and regulatory standards.

Deliver accurate and high-quality Landscape design elements for assigned tasks, addressing design challenges and incorporating feedback to enhance design outcomes.

Project Execution And Coordination:

Execute Design tasks ensuring that project is progressing according to schedule and within budget. Ensure that design deliverables meet project milestones and timelines.

Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any issues that impact the design schedule or budget, ensuring effective and timely solutions.

Facilitate Coordination With Stakeholders:

Support communication efforts with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design consistency and address any queries related to Landscape design.

Assist in organizing and participating design review meetings, presenting progress, gathering feedback, and integrating suggestions into the design process.

Prepare And Manage Design Documentation:

Prepare and organize design reports, presentations, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to project standards.

Provide regular updates on project status, progress and any issues to senior management.

Assist With Quality Assurance:

Review and evaluate Landscape design work to ensure compliance with project quality standards and complies with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.

Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to design quality and compliance, and assist in implementing corrective actions to address these issues.

Feasibility Study And Analysis:

Assist in conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed landscape designs, with an emphasis on understanding technical requirements, cost factors, and site-specific challenges.

Support the analysis of feasibility study findings, contributing to adjustments in landscape design plans to enhance practicality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with project and environmental objectives.
