Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for control, “reporting”, petition, inventories, audits and billing in client-owned packaging.

• Coordinate rotating inventories according to the inventory plan
• Organize vacations and shift changes for warehouse logistics and internal logistics staff.
• Responsible for security audits in the different warehouses and for maintaining them in a good state of conservation.
• Responsible for the good condition of the trucks.
• Responsible for correct receipt and withdrawal of ADR products.
• Define and take responsibility for the annual training plan of the department, keeping the versatility matrix updated, both of the department team and the substitutes that are defined as necessary at all times.
• Represent Warehouse + Internal Logistics in audits (internal-external).
• Compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Ensure that the correct order and cleanliness situation is maintained.
• Give conformity to maintenance interventions verifying that the faults have been solved
• Ensure correct identification, FIFO, locations and traceability.
• Ensure that processes and lay-out are respected.
• Ensure control of the containers of our property used by suppliers
• Responsible for HSE in warehouses, trucks and shelves, use of PPE, safety and environmental regulations following precise instructions.
• Ensure compliance in waste treatment.
• Control local transport.
• Maintain the necessary documentation in the jobs and their file.

Qualifications:

Logistics Professional Studies.

At least 5 years in supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent management skills
