As you embark on your journey with us, you'll be required to work on-site, especially during your training period of approximately 6 months, depending on your toolset mastery. Following your training, you'll have the chance to define a hybrid/work from home arrangement with your manager, with the understanding that continued on-site presence will be essential. Full-time remote work is not available for this role.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Master's degree in the fields that are powering the future, including Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Optics, Physics, Material Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 3+ months of educational or industry experience.
- Academic excellence with a maintained minimum 3.0 GPA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor engineering, manufacturing, or development.
- Insight into substrate manufacturing that sets you apart.
- A passion for programming, particularly Python.
- Experience in the realms of photonics, optoelectronics, optical transceiver components, semiconductor or device physics.
- Acumen for failure analysis techniques.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:$63,000.00-$166,000.00The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
