Job title: Tactical Portfolio Lead
Location: Templecombe - hybrid working arrangement – 3 days per week on site (based on full time hours)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Portfolio Lead to join our Integrated Airspace-protection Systems (IAS) UK team in Templecombe. As Portfolio Lead you will manage the complete Tactical C2 business, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve growth, customer satisfaction, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
- Develop and execute portfolio strategy for business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead portfolio strategy, business development, winning contracts, delivery, and support.
- Build, inspire, and manage diverse teams to address business challenges and opportunities effectively.
- Manage customer relationships, acting as their representative within the company.
- Collaborate with IAS product teams to ensure project delivery and meet contractual obligations
About You:
Essential:
- Working as part of a strategic business management team delivering large complex projects within the defence, engineering, or manufacturing sector
- Experience in leading bids and/or business winning initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
Ideal:
- Management of complex supply chains, multi-entity delivery, and industrial cooperation
- Knowledge and experience of C2 systems and associated technologies
- Knowledge and experience of the product development lifecycle
- Knowledge and experience of working with the UK MoD
- Knowledge and experience of complex system integration and weapon systems
