HoneyBook is the leading AI-powered business management platform for service-based business owners. Designed to enhance—not replace—independent professionals, HoneyBook’s AI-powered tools help businesses attract leads, connect with clients, book projects, and manage payments more efficiently. With AI seamlessly integrated into every workflow, entrepreneurs can focus on their craft while scaling their businesses with confidence. Since its founding in 2013, HoneyBook has powered over 25 million client relationships and processed more than $12 billion in transactions, helping independent businesses grow faster and smarter.

Our culture is built on five core values that inform everything we do. We encourage collaboration, feedback, ownership, and have a growth mindset. We know experience comes in many forms, some visible on your resume, others not. No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-charged environment and have similar experience to what we are looking for, we encourage you to apply.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you’ll develop strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth across key segments and industries.

You’ll work cross-functionally with different Product and Marketing teams to ensure our market and our existing members not only understand what we build, but love using it. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and market insights that shape how we bring HoneyBook to market and create real impact.

This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and flawless execution -  turning insights into campaigns that move the needle.

AI Fluency is a Must
At HoneyBook, AI Fluency means being able to leverage AI tools and automations to dramatically accelerate your work — turning processes that once took days into hours (or less). It’s the ability to communicate ideas not just with words, but through prototypes, visual mockups, and AI-generated demos or clips that bring concepts to life.
We know not everyone has worked in an AI-first culture like HoneyBook’s — and that’s okay. What matters most is a proven track record of curiosity, experimentation, and self-driven learning when it comes to new technologies.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies and campaigns for priority segments and verticals.
  • Define clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate HoneyBook in the market.
  • Partner with Product Managers to align on roadmaps and build adoption strategies for new features and launches.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Conduct market and customer research to uncover insights, pain points, and barriers to adoption.
  • Build vertical buyer personas and map customer journeys to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze adoption, funnel conversion, and competitive trends to continuously improve performance.
  • Create sales enablement and marketing content tailored to different customer segments.
  • Develop testing and learning plans to refine GTM initiatives over time.

Here Is What Is Needed:

  • 8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in a Product Marketing role in SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel GTM strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills (native-level English proficiency, verbal and written).
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data to generate insights and recommendations.
