About the Role
At PSI, our Plumbers are responsible for installing piping systems, fixtures, and equipment in new residential and commercial construction projects. This includes work during the rough-in, top-out, and final trim stages of construction.
What You’Ll Do
- Install plumbing systems in new builds according to blueprints, building codes, and specifications
- Work on rough-ins, water and gas line installation, vent systems, and final trim outs
- Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with local plumbing codes
- Bonus points if you hold an Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master License
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- 2+ years of plumbing experience, ideally in new construction environments
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety and plumbing installation best practices
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- An active Driver’s License
- Tech-savviness – comfort using tablets and job management software
Relocation Package
- Combination of sign-on bonus and coverage of moving expenses
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
- To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls; hear, and talk
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
- The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
- The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons
