Your Impact
As a Growth Marketing Manager supporting Prepared by Axon and the 911 / Emergency Communications market, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing targeted campaigns that reach PSAPs and Emergency Communications Centers across the U.S. You’ll support messaging, content development, demand generation, and field marketing to strengthen Prepared by Axon’s presence in this mission-critical vertical.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Events, and Demand Gen to activate campaigns that increase awareness, build pipeline, and drive engagement across the buyer journey.
What You’Ll Do
- Execute marketing campaigns for the 911 / PSAP / Emergency Communication Center market
- Own and manage end-to-end execution of paid digital programs including search, social, and display
- Analyze campaign performance across platforms and continuously optimize for cost efficiency (CPL, CAC) and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve results over time.
- Design and implement email workflows, retargeting programs, and other nurture strategies to move prospects through the funnel.
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign attribution and tracking are accurate and actionable.
- Partner with Events and Demand Gen on calendar planning and campaign alignment
- Track campaign performance and support regular reporting
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Expertise with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and web analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience in public sector, government, or emergency services markets is a plus, but not required

You’ll use AI to generate draft messaging, repurpose content, summarize campaign reports, and support workflow automation. You’ll be expected to identify ways AI can increase your speed and help deliver more effective campaigns to your segment.

- Meet key partners and review live campaigns and plans
- Understand regional segmentation, messaging, and priorities
First 60 Days
- Launch or optimize 1–2 campaigns and contribute to messaging development
- Align plans with Sales and Demand Gen
90 Days & Beyond
- Fully own campaign execution for key PSAP / ECC programs
- Help build playbooks for future PSAP / ECC GTM work
