Warehouse Manager

• Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
• Implement best practices for order processing and dispatch
• Oversee the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and retrieval of goods. 
• Optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products. 
• Plan and implement layout changes as needed to accommodate evolving inventory needs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. 
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the warehouse team. 
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery schedules. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
• Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize overall operations. 
• Generate and analyse reports on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements. 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Minimum of 3  years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations  
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with SAP
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• English Language – B2 and above 
• PC literacy
