The Role:
We’re seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
This full-time position requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team, working on a rotational daytime schedule across 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and triaging work orders in our CMMS system
- Conducting inspections and ensuring quality assurance
- Assisting with staff rostering and scheduling
- Providing administrative and operational support
- Liaising with internal departments and external vendors
- Collaborate with team members and support others when needed
- Escalate to supervisors when licensed trades are required
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
About You
You’Ll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities coordination, building services, or maintenance support
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and building maintenance processes
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- General knowledge of building services and maintenance practices
- Ability to organise your day and meet operational targets
- Comfort working across different departments and adapting to changing priorities
- Previous maintenance experience is welcome but not essential
- Customer service orientation
Qualifications
To be successful you will need:
- Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, o365)
