This role is part of the Customer Operations Circle, specifically within the Customer Operations Sales Tribe under the Sales Transformation pillar. The small and specialised team focuses on optimising the Telenet and BASE retail network, with a strong emphasis on commercial operations (Sales). As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and realising strategic initiatives within Sales Operations. You will work closely with management and executive stakeholders to create lasting impact. 

What will you do? 

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional transformation programmes with direct impact on commercial strategy. 
  • Translate strategic objectives into a clear roadmap and implementation plan. 
  • Organize and manage governance cadence and decision-making processes within projects. 
  • Act as a crucial link between different teams and departments, guiding colleagues within project contexts without direct hierarchical reporting lines. 
  • Structure information and insights clearly and present them convincingly to stakeholders, including managers and executives. 

Your skills and qualifications 

  • Strong presentation and structuring skills: Able to translate complex analyses into clear, persuasive presentations for management. 
  • Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different departments. 
  • Strong data analysis skills: Able to interpret data/input and translate insights into business opportunities. 
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Project management: Experience in managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with stakeholders across various groups. 

Your Profile

  • A structured and results-oriented work attitude, with a strong focus on priorities. 
  • Experience in consulting is an advantage. 
  • Strong business interest and understanding of how data supports decision-making. 
  • A fast learner with an agile mindset who can work in a changing environment. 
  • Discretion and maturity: Comfortable handling sensitive information professionally. 
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus. 
  • Education & Experience: 5 years of work experience. Master’s degree or equivalent through experience. 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
