Job Overview:

About The Role

As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs, from concept through to delivery. You work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business units, to ensure that projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Role Description:

• Develop & assist in scrum team delivery using modern agile project management tools. Periodic Reviews, Metrics management.
• Manage dependencies between scrum teams to avoid blocking of the team proactively.
• Utilize industry best practices, tools, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Provide program updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on progress & metrics, being organized
• Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics
• Strong interpersonal communication to work with individual technical contributors, senior leaders (technology and business).
• Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure progress & drive clarity
• Work as an interface between client facing teams and Tech to understand the requirements and commitments to plan and prioritize towards client go-live

Qualifications:

• Overall 10 + years experience with 4+ years of full-time program management/project management experience within an engineering department, with significant exposure to application development.
• Years of direct experience managing cross-disciplinary programs.
• B.S. in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience to break complex delivery into small & trackable sub-tasks to gain accountability & commitment
• Past experience with hands-on engineering, product or QA is a strong bonus.
• You’re a clear and articulate communicator.
