General Responsibilities
• Supports production in daily engineering activities.
Supports process development for exisiting projects.
Optimizes process parameters for auxiliary equipment, controls of process and quality.
Troubleshoots, contains and resolves manufacturing issues related to raw material, process, tooling and spare part issues.
Develops training sessions to operators on the process of production lines.
Proposes solutions and improvements of the process in order to promote a low cost of the product.
Supports process improvements and troubleshooting non-standard events on the production line.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
