Handyman

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades and be able to perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks. The Handyman will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order and will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facilities and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems
• Install and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
• Perform carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Experience with carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
