We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Department.
What You’Ll Do:
- Management of the procurement process of services and supplies with the aim of optimizing costs;
- Preparation of tender documents (Requests for Offers, tender specifications, orders and contracts) with analysis of the technical documentation and definition of the tender requirements;
- Analysis and verification of the documentation relating to internal requests;
Negotiation With Suppliers;
- SAP management of requests for offers and contracts.
Who You Are:
- You have an economics degree;
- Previous experience in Procurement of 1-2 years;
- Excellent knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent analysis and verification skills;
- Very good communication skills;
Spicate Organizational Skills;
Sap Knowledge Preferred.
