The Program Manager, Cloud Transformation & Data Center Consolidation is responsible for leading PVH’s global migration of applications and infrastructure to AWS while orchestrating the safe and efficient exit from existing data centers. This role combines strategic planning, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and vendors.
In addition, the Program Manager governs the dependencies between other large-scale initiatives such as Disaster Recovery modernization, Data Lake migration, and SAP migration to RISE. This ensures alignment, coordination, and successful delivery across the enterprise.
A strong focus is placed on business (application) stakeholder management across planning, testing, and support. The Program Manager ensures that business requirements are integrated into program planning, that testing and validation are conducted effectively, and that support models are in place to safeguard business continuity and operational performance.
The Program Manager also leads program governance activities such as Steering Committees, executive forums, and cross-functional governance boards. These structures provide transparency, drive accountability, and secure executive sponsorship at every stage of the transformation.
The Program Manager will additionally lead senior leadership meetings as well as project management sessions with engineers. This requires the ability to communicate effectively with executives on strategic priorities and risks, while also engaging with technical teams on detailed execution, ensuring both perspectives are aligned toward successful outcomes.
Ultimately, the Program Manager ensures that all outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with PVH’s long-term cloud strategy.
