How You’Ll Make An Impact
- Lead the evaluation and installation of new manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to assess supplier capabilities.
- Design scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Optimize layouts and workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
- Provide technical support to engineering and production teams.
- Manage contractors and vendors during equipment installation.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 8+ years of experience in process, reliability, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and validation.
- Experience leading CAPEX projects and managing external partners.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
