Position Description
ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command’s MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position, located in Colorado Springs, CO, will support a diverse set of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
Duties Include:
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support of the Mission Planning Subsystem (MPSS) module dependencies for test design, detailed test procedure development, test execution, and reporting.
- Use extensive MPSS experience and expertise to translate and apply knowledge of the suite of MPSS application modules to sustainment test design, system configuration diagrams, engineering studies, technical white papers, troubleshooting, and deficiency analysis.
- Identify and isolate software or hardware defects to evaluate/assess system modifications for shortfalls or interoperability issues and provide technical assessments to the client with regards to the modifications.
- Author and deliver technical documentation including test plans, test procedures, system configuration diagrams, engineering studies, technical white papers, and test reports.
- Travel: approximately 20%.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing professional relationships.
- 10+ years of experience with test processes and documentation.
- 4+ years of experience with MPSS, equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DoD mission system sustainment.
- Must be a motivated, self-starter capable of autonomous on-the-job learning/improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel: approximately 20%.

Qualifications Required
- Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Must have an active TS clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered for this position.
Qualifications Desired
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or equivalent technical disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience handling Communications Security (COMSEC) materials and devices.
- International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Certification (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP).
- Experience working in a highly competitive multi-contractor environment.
- Specific experience operating or maintaining the Family of Beyond Line-of-Sight Terminals (FAB-T).
