Main Purpose

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the reliable and safe operation of equipment and facilities across GSPP, Seedling Nursery & Sanitation, and COE site in Sakon Nakhon.
This role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for machines, equipment, and facilities.• Collaborate closely with Production, Seedling Nursery, Sanitation, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely maintenance support.• Implement and improve maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability in alignment with ISO50001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and HSE standards.• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies while ensuring cost effectiveness and budget control.• Support data reporting and documentation such as weekly/monthly maintenance reports.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment performance, safety, and energy efficiency.• Liaise with external vendors and maintenance service providers as required.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.• Holding a Professional License for Electrical Engineering (กปอ.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant or factory maintenance.• Solid understanding of ISO standards (ISO50001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and HSE requirements.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.• Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office; AutoCAD or ERP system is a plus).• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
