As Terra Mining continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join the maintenance team.

About The Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be identifying, maintaining and repairing electrical faults and computer-controlled systems used in automotive technology.

As part of the maintenance team, you will diagnose electrical and electronic faults, repair and replace faulty components and perform preventative maintenance on the electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.

What we are seeking

An Auto Electrician who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
• OEM experience
• Experience working with heavy mobile plant, preferably Caterpillar, Komatsu and Sandvik
• Experience with electrical components of heavy plant machinery and light vehicles, preferably in an open-pit mining environment
• Strong fault finding and diagnosing skills
• Positive attitude to teamwork and safety
• Working at Heights ticket
• A valid Australian drivers licence (HR preferred).

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
