Job Title: Property Manager – Maple Village & Village Manor
- Location: Rutland & Pittsford, Vermont
- Schedule: 35 hours a week with full time benefits.
- Properties: Maple Village (36 Units) & Village Manor (30 Units)

At National Church Residences, we’re a mission-driven organization providing quality, affordable housing and supportive services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee Maple Village in Rutland, VT, and Village Manor in Pittsford, VT — two HUD 202/8 communities serving residents 65+ and individuals under 62 with disabilities.
What You’Ll Do
- Manage the daily operations of two affordable housing communities (total of 66 units).
- Ensure compliance with HUD 202/8 regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies.
- Oversee rent collections, certifications, recertifications, and resident files.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships to ensure well-maintained communities.
- Foster a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and staff alike.
- Prepare and maintain accurate property records, budgets, and reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Property Management, ideally within HUD 202/8 or other affordable housing programs.
- Yardi software experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
