The Blue Mountain Reliability Asset Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation and continuous improvement of the BMRAM asset management system across the Repligen orginization. This role ensures that all equipment, critical assets and systems are properly compliant with regulatory requirements. The RAM serves as the subject matter expert for asset management processes working closely with all departments and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Asset Management: Establish and maintain asset hierarchies, equipment records, calibration schedules, PMs and work orders in the system.
  • System Ownership: Act as primary admin and SME for BMRAM to ensure integrity, user access management, and alignment with company policies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support for the end users such as maintenance technicians, process engineers, quality assurance.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Own updates to SOPs as necessary. Ensure asset-related activities meet regulatory and internal compliance (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO)
  • Data Analysis and Reports: Generate routine reports and/or dashboards to support site/company metrics tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration
  • 3-5+ years of experience in asset management, reliability management, experience with Blue Mountain RAM software/platform.

The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $80,000-110,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
