Job Description
Skills And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for maintaining accurate lender product and policy information in our systems.
- Oversee the timely configuration and update of rates, fees, features, and policy requirements across platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee and optimise updates to the Required Actions Tool (RAT) and Required Documents (RD) tool to ensure alignment with current lender requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and lender partners to track, validate, and implement product and policy changes.
- Review, audit, and approve product data integrity to ensure brokers and customers have access to correct and current information.
- Drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies within product maintenance operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support the distribution of critical broker communications related to product and policy updates, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Keep stakeholders informed on team progress and work closely with Client Solutions to uplift engagement and improve the Lodgment Experience.
- Deliver clear and timely updates on team performance, processes, and improvement opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in mortgage or financial services, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lender policies, and industry processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritize competing tasks, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.
- Analytical skills with experience in auditing, data validation, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer and broker outcomes.
