Establishing and developing sustainable processes in supplier quality management in close cooperation with the supplier quality and supply chain management departments
Responsibility for negotiating and implementing quality assurance agreements in cooperation with the purchasing department
Participating in the selection, qualification, development, and evaluation of suppliers, including conducting audits (e.g., according to VDA 6.3), process approvals, and potential analyses
Controlling quality planning throughout the product development process, conducting launch readiness reviews, and supporting product launches until series production is ready
Managing escalations, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing and sustainably pursuing corrective measures
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on supplier quality based on defined KPIs and deriving necessary activities in coordination with key stakeholders
Function as a central interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders such as purchasing, production, quality assurance, development, and logistics
Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
5–7 years of professional experience in supplier management or supplier quality, ideally in the automotive sector or comparable industries
Confident use of common quality tools and methods (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, 8D report, etc.)
Certification as a process auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in setting up and optimizing structures and processes in a dynamic environment
Business fluent in German and English
Strong understanding of processes and systems, high analytical skills, and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to win over teams and stakeholders for common goals
