A Day In The Life
Within the Customer Care team, you are daily in contact with Diabetes Healthcare Professionals, people that live with Diabetes (PWD), funding departments, sales and logistical teams, amongst other internal and external stakeholders. You are an important spider in the organizational web that contributes to customer experience. For this position we are looking for candidates that are fluent in Finnish and Swedish or Danish and Norwegian. This is a hybrid position where you will spend 2/3 days in the designated office in Copenhagen.This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide day-to-day support for Medtronic’s Order-to-Delivery processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable assistance to customers, internal teams, and field staff across products, processes, and policies.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritize urgent requests, and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Identify business opportunities, service improvements, and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer-specific requirements and ensure proactive, customer-focused communication.
- Monitor system or process failures, propose corrective actions, and align operations with evolving healthcare strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor and report on performance, SLAs, and communication flows, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Knowledge And Experience:
- Min 2 years’ experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally in a consumer environment
- Experience with ERP systems - Preferably SAP
- Previous experience with CRM systems – Preferably SAP CRM and/or Salesforce
- Flexibility: able to handle multiple and changing priorities
- Candid, ethical, business to consumer and customer focused
- Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills, a team player able to collaborate across different functions within a complex matrix organization
