To strengthen our team in Prague, DNV Business Assurance is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Supporting our customers in the Management System Certification
• Preparation of price offers and contracts 
• Scheduling audits, support for issuing certificates 
• Cooperating with other departments and units within DNV
• Independent and rewarding position in our Czech and Slovak operations team in a welcoming working environment

• High School Degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience in admin position, preferably in a comparable position in certification services or consulting
• Independence and high responsibility for entrusted tasks
• Creativity and openness to the use of new solutions and concepts
• Excellent work organization and proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and intermediate level of English
