The Senior Contracts Administrator performs advanced, comprehensive work in managing the full contract life cycle—from acquisition planning through contract closeout—within delegated contracting authority. This role leads all phases of procurement, ensuring compliance, transparency, and value optimization across a diverse portfolio that includes professional services, fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, supply, and construction contracts.

Responsibilities include developing solicitation documentation such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), overseeing competitive procurement processes, and leading pre-proposal and pre-bid meetings. The Senior Contracts Administrator also chairs Source Selection Committees, evaluates proposals, conducts negotiations, and provides award recommendations to senior management.

This position requires the ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and implement practical solutions that support organizational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance. Strong oral and written communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced contracting environment are essential to success in this role. 

Requirements

Education/ Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in developing and administering complex contract awards.
