Service Desk Analyst:Requirements:Hands on experience 2 to 5 years working IT administration. History supporting large organizations (supporting 3,000 to 4,000 users).Able to work / commute to two office locations in the Detroit area: Warren, MI and Sterling Heights, MI.Ability to manage workload independently and have clear communication skills.
Technical Skills Software:Windows Active Directory· Adding new users/computers· Passwords· Deleting users from AD· New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience.Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience · Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point· Managing M365 licensingExperience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta· Setting up accounts / troubleshooting authentication issues· Resetting PasswordExperience with Installing Software · Past experience using a RMM tool a plus Hardware:Setting up new printers/peripherals Setting up/troubleshoot laptop and desktop system VPN/Wifi – remote troubleshooting users that are offline or remoteExperience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira· Open/modify/close Service requests.Soft SkillsMultitasking· Work well under pressure.· Team player/ Work in a Team environment
