🔧 Job Title: Production Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

🎓 Qualification: BSc Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Analyze daily production performance and set targets for the next day.
- Track and evaluate departmental KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Monitor machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate with HOD for timely upkeep.
- Assist in handling internal and external customer complaints.
- Ensure implementation of EMS/QMS standards in the working area.
- Discuss daily production plans and performance updates with HOD.
- Prepare and present departmental progress reports.
- Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and machinery.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc Industrial Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical background preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with production monitoring, KPIs and continuous improvement processes
