Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Technical certifications are a plus
- 1-5 years recent IT support experience in a networked computer environment
- Familiar with various computer hardware, network printers, Windows operating systems, and Exchange Server
- Exposure to networking tools and topologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
- Strong time management skills, able to multitask and set priorities
- Participate in projects to facilitate improvements to business processes and/or infrastructure.
- Manage IT asset tracking, supply orders, assist with selection of new hardware, and evaluation of new software.
Responsibilities
- Consistently resolve incoming help desk tickets within service level agreements while maintaining high-quality solutions.
- Provide responsive, courteous technical support to end users across all departments, contributing to strong user satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends in support requests and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and technical infrastructure.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and resolution.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives that enhance business systems, security, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of help desk tickets, asset inventory, and infrastructure changes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our IT environment. Provide hardware and software support and maintenance for all laptop and desktop computers
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance system reliability and user experience. Provide support of Microsoft 365 productivity applications and operating systems as well as other business applications.

Work Enviorment
- Office environment
- Willing to occasionally travel to remote sites in Canada as required
- Ability to lift and haul equipment up to 50 lbs. and crawl under workstations to install and maintain equipment
