If so, we have an exciting role on our external client-facing HR Advisory Services & Workshops team for you!

 McLean & Company is the fastest growing advisory firm in the world.  We are looking for a Workshop Designer for strategic and process orientated HR Workshops to help us meet external client demand for our research-informed engagements which help HR leaders tackle their HR challenges. From designing engaging workshop materials grounded in McLean frameworks and content, to partnering with the delivery and operations teams to continuously improve our workshop content, to facilitating focus groups and other engagements to McLean & Company clients, to identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve process efficiency and enhance delivery, you will have the opportunity to impact many HR teams and organizations. This fast-paced role will require you to manage internal & external stakeholders effectively, find innovative ways to evolve our workshop offerings programs in support of our delivery and commercial teams.

 Please Note: We are open to candidates located in the Canada who are willing to support both eastern and pacific time zones. This role may periodically require after – hours work to meet the needs of clients in different time zones.

 The Workshop Content Manager for Strategic HR Workshops will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or consulting
  • Proven ability to create frameworks around ambiguous, complex, and unstructured topics to enable colleagues and clients with executable, practical solutions to HR challenges
  • Collaborative, with advanced listening, critical thinking, and strong writing skills
  • Intermediate level project and time management skills, with an advanced attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint design (experience with Co-Pilot is an asset)
  • Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Thinks beyond the confines of traditional models to generate insights, recognize opportunities and find new and better ways to do things
  • Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment.
  • Intellectually curious about the effect of HR on the business landscape, with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Intermediate presentation skills, with demonstrated accomplishment as a facilitator of internal sessions.
  • A specialized degree or diploma in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or Adult Education is an asset.
  • CHPR, CTP or equivalent professional designation is an asset.
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time.
  • For Canadian candidates, ability to qualify for a TN visa.
