Mission - Develop and improve the processes at the India site to achieve an optimal state of performance, while complying with all ISO Standards and Safety standards.
Principle Accountabilities
- Plan and schedule production to meet Supply Chain demand while ensuring delivery and quality targets.
- Oversee production in line with defined specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Plan manpower, identify training needs, and ensure skill development of team members.
- Handle and investigate product or process complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and adherence to HSE standards.
- Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for machines and equipment.
- Participate in internal/external audits, quality reviews, and root cause–based improvement actions.
- Support new equipment development, installation, and modification through effective change control.
- Lead or contribute to site and international projects, coordinating with global production teams.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for process-related goods and services.
- Train personnel on processes and new equipment; manage related training materials.
- Collaborate with QA for process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) as per quality standards.
- Develop, review, and release process documentation and work instructions with HSE focus.
- Contribute to new product development initiatives and process innovation.
- Monitor technological and regulatory updates relevant to managed processes.
- Manage process-related risks jointly with QA and HSE teams, resolving operational hazards.
- Define process standards and support implementation of “Standard Management.”
- Undertake additional tasks aligned with role competencies and organizational needs.
Education Training And Work Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Chemical from a Recognised University (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent).
Knowledge:
- Experience in production
- Well conversant with computers (word, advance excel, power point)

- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Effective time management and organizational ability.
- Sound industrial domain knowledge with analytical aptitude.
- Experience in project management and data-driven improvement.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

- Interest in training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of autonomous process management/production; experience in medical regulatory environment or equivalent is an asset.

The holder of this role must comply with the requirements of the integrated management system for their area of responsibility. They propose improvements and determine means to fulfil responsibilities effectively, submitting them to their line manager.
