PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools.

Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.

Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.

Knowledge in emerging technologies in industrial production.

Effectively schedule production activities in order to minimize production time and cost and maximize operational efficiency

Generate the required output with the least required resources.

Develop new products as well as create, execute, and upgrade design solutions to improve the aesthetics, ergonomics, usability, marketability, and production
