Job Description:

The Customer Experience Enablement Lead (Sr. Marketing Analyst) acts as the Customer Experience Enablement lead for digital personalization use cases on the the Connected Experience Personalization (CxP) team.

She/he drives the delivery of data-driven tactics in support of the team's Wildly Important personalization initiatives. He/she owns the day-to-day execution of work that will develop scalable digital capabilities and POCs, open new activation paths, and enable enhanced customer experience. Their primary focus will be identifying and delivering use cases by partnering with internal and external stakeholders, as well as serving as a subject matter expert on data privacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • CX Enablement Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for personalization use cases and activations.
  • Strategic Roadmap Execution: Develop and deliver data-driven personalization use cases, throughout all stages of a use case lifecycle, aligning tactics to the broader strategic roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the CX Enablement Lead, working closely with business, technology, privacy, and others to scope goals, define target audiences, and shape journey design.
  • Champion Privacy by Design: Act as a steward for customer data and privacy, providing guidance during use case design sessions that prioritize consent and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track use case performance and address issues proactively to manage  iteration cycles in partnership with Analytics. Support overall CxP performance monitoring.
  • Project Management: Communicate progress, secure approvals, and manage ongoing updates with stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital or customer experience, data analytics or data or business strategy.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with ability to quickly create high-impact presentations and convey stories effectively and efficiently for senior leadership teams using PowerPoint.
  • Agility: Works well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and quickly adapts to on-the-fly changes.
  • Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions.
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
