As a Portfolio Manager your mission is to lead the way in delivering impactful investment strategies, driving portfolio growth, and shaping trusted client relationships across the Pan-Baltic region.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Execute portfolio management activities such as rebalancing, performance monitoring and ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Participate in designing and on-going maintenance of the model portfolios in cooperation with external asset managers
  • Manage client investment portfolios by making informed decisions to meet performance and risk targets
  • Communicate investment views towards the internal and external counterparties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Contribute to the design of sales and sales support processes for DPM

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Professional knowledge of portfolio management theory, financial markets and investment research and analysis
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a related financial role
  • Strong understanding of asset allocation, risk management principles, and investment products
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the financial markets
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills for interacting with clients, team members and stakeholders
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
  • Strong excel skills and working knowledge of Bloomberg platform
