Your Opportunity

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for providing exceptional IT support?

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will deliver Level 1 and 2 support across Anglicare, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support end users, and contribute to a responsive and customer-focused IT environment.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 end-user support across Windows and Mac environments
  • Set up and support devices using MS Intune and Autopilot
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues via phone, email and chat
  • Maintain incident queues and knowledge base documentation
  • Use remote desktop tools (e.g. TeamViewer, RDP) to resolve technical issues

What You’Ll Bring

You are a proactive and customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced support environment. You bring strong technical skills, excellent communication and a commitment to service excellence.

You Will Also Need:

  • Tertiary qualification or diploma in IT, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base management
  • Proficiency in remote support and hardware troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service desk best practices
  • Ability to translate technical language into user-friendly support
