We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Project Support Services team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of over 2,700 RAN and Transmission sites as part of an annual capex program. This is a high-impact role that supports strategic growth, resilience, and operational efficiency across our network.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
Project & Financial Governance
- Manage Capex/Opex tracking, variation management, and vendor claims.
- Produce financial reports and dashboards for executive and governance forums.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and Capex classification.
Change & Risk Management
- Lead change integration across technical and delivery teams.
- Maintain risk registers and apply the Access Risk Framework to safeguard outcomes.
Budget & Performance Optimisation
- Align unit costs with AOP targets and support ROIC strategies.
- Drive cost efficiencies and forecast accuracy across programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including PPMO, DES, and Service Assurance.
- Facilitate steering committees and project meetings.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in mobile/telco engineering project delivery.
- PMI, Prince II, or PMBOK certification.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
- Confident communicator across technical and business levels.
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications.
- PowerBI and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
- Technical knowledge of RAN, CORE, and Transmission infrastructure.
