Job Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves communicating via phone and email, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in customer service or support role
- Insurance knowledge preferred, but not required

- Able to maintain high quality data standards in a fast-paced environment.
