Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex implementations of tools such as ServiceNow, Oracle, and Sales Force, combined with strong expertise in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Lead implementation and integration of enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion (ERP).
• Drive Agile practices across teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage deliverables produced by team (Internal and External) and ensure they meet SITA’s Definition of Done
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance.
• Effectively Collaborate with Development, QA, Release Engineering and Operations teams
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management within IT or enterprise environments.
• PMP or Prince Certification desired.
• Proven experience in Planning and implementing and managing tools such as ServiceNow, Oracle, Sales Force.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Hands-on experience with Technology and SaaS Implementations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration projects.
• Knowledge of Airport operations, and/or Aviation IT sectors relating to travel facilitation.
