- WHO ARE YOU?
- Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written, as you’ll create and adapt campaigns for local audiences in a way that feels native and authentic. You’re also confident in English, which is the main language we use across the team and company.
- A hands-on performance marketer with 3+ years of experience in running successful conversion-driving paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic display platforms.
- Analytical, result-oriented, and data-driven, comfortable using tools like Amplitude, Census CDP, or other tools and dashboards for targeting and segmentation as well as gaining results and insights for tracking and improving campaign performance on key success metrics.
- A team player who loves to collaborate with content creators (editorial and creative), product teams, and data specialists to bring ideas to life.
- Creative, curious, and experimental — you love testing new formats, tools, and techniques to find what works best.
- Solution-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude that makes things happen, even in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- It’s a plus if you have experience from the mobility sector or marketplaces — particularly within car brands or automotive marketing.
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
As our Digital Marketing Specialist (Mobility), you’ll be the go-to expert for executing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions for our Mobility products and brands (FINN, Blocket, Bilbasen & DBA), such as a lead on a car ad from someone wanting to buy a car, or an ad insertion from someone wanting to sell their boat. Your day-to-day may include:
- Setting up, running, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media, VOD, display, and native advertising platforms.
- Collaborating with creative content designers to produce digital-first creative assets for high-performing campaigns.
- Building and maintaining performance dashboards in Amplitude to track results and extract insights.
- Using your technical marketing know-how to utilize product feeds, retargeting setups (with partners like Criteo and RTB House), and CDP targeting and segmentation in Census.
- Staying ahead of digital trends, tools, and AI developments that can take our marketing efforts to the next level.
- Success looks like:
- After 4 months, you’ll be confidently running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that deliver quality traffic, leads and ad insertions.
- After 1 year, you’ll be a trusted internal go-to marketing expert driving measurable business impact across our Nordic Mobility brands.
