Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst
Full-Time, Exempt Status
Onsite Location: League City, TX. or Glenmont, NY.
Reports To: Director, Corporate Compliance
Join our Corporate Compliance Team and help drive compliance excellence across the organization. In this critical role, you will implement and maintain Corporate Compliance programs to help facilitate the company’s efforts to ensure adherence with applicable laws and regulations and effectively respond to the needs of our regulators.
What Will You Do?
• Work with compliance team members and business partners to independently coordinate and serve as subject matter expert for multiple assigned areas of responsibility, such as legislative and regulatory management programs and records retention/legal holds programs
• Maintain internal processes to ensure compliance with new or changing requirements
• Track key measures to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs
• Analyze information and data in the preparation of compliance reports
• Conduct training; participate in special department projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience considered
• Professional compliance experience
• Compliance-related certification or designation is a preferred, but not required
• Ability to build proactive partnerships
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Quality orientation with high work standards
• Adaptability and intellectual curiosity
• Creative problem solving; ability to develop creative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
