The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of a product by conducting comprehensive market research, identifying growth opportunities, and crafting compelling product positioning.
By providing mentorship to specialists and facilitating collaboration between teams they ensure the team has a strong understanding of the product landscape.
Through driving improvements and maintaining up-to-date materials, this role ensures that the product’s messaging and market strategies remain aligned and impactful across platforms.
What will you get to do:
- Researching market, analyzing product and sales data - competitive / GAP analysis
- Positioning product on the market and defining a unique product message
- Evaluating and supporting demand generation program.
- Acting as a product evangelist internally and thought leader externally.
- Defining and creating sales content and enablement programs
- Managing product releases and launches
About You:
- Proven marketing experience, preferably within an enterprise IT software solution company (Experience with CCaaS and SaaS highly advantageous)
- You are interested in the future of customer experience and engagement technologies
- You really care for, and understand customer’s needs; you can turn technical features into strategic reasons to buy and address customers pain points
- You are experienced in b2b marketing and sales enablement
- You respond to changes in priorities and environment with a can-do attitude
- You are able to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
- You base your plans and decisions on data
