About The Client
The project involves the development and support of an eCommerce platform offering a wide range of products for high school, college, and university students — from clothing and jewelry to yearbooks and gift cards. The customer is a U.S.-based manufacturer of memorabilia, well known for producing yearbooks, class rings, and championship rings for educational institutions and sports organizations. The team is focused on maintaining and enhancing the eCommerce application, particularly the PhotoCards module, which includes integration with a third-party service (Gartner API) for photo card composition.
What You’Ll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large and complex projects within the Salesforce Development team
- Serve as the primary point of contact and authority for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution and on-time delivery
- Assemble and guide project teams, assign responsibilities, and establish clear project plans and timelines
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams to align on goals, scope, and priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project budgets while maintaining transparency with leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement across the team
- Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables through strong ownership, communication, and accountability
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and presentations to IT and business leadership
What You Bring
- 3-5 + years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including user stories, TDD, continuous integration, and continuous testing
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-location, and offshore teams (10–15 members)
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience driving collaboration between IT and business teams
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in retail or e-commerce domains is a strong plus
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities
- Commitment to continuous improvement, transparency, and achieving project and organizational goals
- Full overlap with the Central Time Zone working hours (9 AM – 6 PM)
