Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate fit and support onboarding processes such as employee orientation.
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records..
- Collaborate with leadership on talent management.
- Support HR operations to foster a positive work environment.
- Engage in research on industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.

Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years’ recruiting experience
- Driver Recruiting experience preferred
- Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on recruiting—preferably within fast-paced corporate environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in DOT recruiting a plus.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
- Experience working with Paylocity is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and managers.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques.
- Previous employer branding, social media, and experience preferred
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational efficiency
- Ability to work amicably with co-workers and candidates and provide excellent customer service
- Able to work with a sense of urgency
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Google Suite
- Ability to use different computer systems, including ATS (applicant tracking system) to complete job duties
- Able to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of the commercial driving industry
- Education and/or formal training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
