Technical Recruiter

Zetier is looking for a senior technical recruiter specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring cleared hardware/software engineers. Strong candidates will demonstrate practical experience and insights finding skilled engineers, effectively engaging them, and guiding them to final hire. Additionally, ideal candidates will be able to devise and support strategic outreach efforts (e.g. marketing, public talks, sponsorships) as part of a comprehensive recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to develop accurate and engaging job descriptions
• Understand the technical skills, knowledge, and experience required of candidates
• Source candidates online (e.g. ads, databases, job boards) and off (e.g. job fairs, referrals)
• Screen qualified applicants to validate skills, professional interests, and motivational fit
• Demonstrate creativity creating, deploying, and overseeing innovative sourcing strategies
• Deliver exceptional candidate care while engaging and scheduling candidates

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in recruiting for highly technical cleared positions
• 2+ years recruiting for defense contracting positions
• Self-motivated; proactive ability to take the initiative
