Solution architect

Optimiza is seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex IT solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure that the architecture aligns with the overall business goals and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, reliable, and secure architecture for various IT solutions, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and guide the development team through technical challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements that improve system performance and efficiency.
• Develop architecture documentation, including diagrams, models, and standards, for current and future reference.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architecture standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, system design, and implementation.
• Proven experience with various software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred.
