Project Manager/Scrum Master (m/f/d)

About The Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our Commercial Applications team. This important role will be responsible for managing critical programs (end-to-end – lifecycle), stakeholder engagement, and guiding multiple agile teams. If you have an experience in large-scale IT transformation projects and possess excellent networking and communication skills to remove impediments, facilitate ceremonies, and foster a collaborative environment to drive the successful delivery of complex programs then we are very exited to get to know you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Program End-to-End Management: Support and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from strategic planning and initiation to execution and closure. 
• System Integration & Vendor Management: Develop and execute Project management strategies to integrate CRMs with key enterprise applications, including SAP and other MarTech solutions. You will also be responsible to manage external system integrators and other vendors. 
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and vendors. 
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Reporting: Create and present regular project status reports, key metrics, and program health to senior management. 

Your Skills And Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management 
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, with large budget & global teams. 
• Experience with Enterprise application like Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, Workday or Service now architecture and implementation will be added advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). 
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, smartsheets etc.). 
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, service, data tools and techniques (APIs, middleware, ETL), with experience in Force.com platform will be added advantage. 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable but not a must. 
• Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus. 
• Strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration skills are considered as self-evident. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Fluent English is a must.
