About The Role

This role plays a key part in driving BayWa r.e.’s renewable energy investments across the APAC region. You will directly support and lead project financing, M&A, and divestment activities that shape the growth of our regional portfolio.
Working as part of a global Corporate Finance function, the role provides unique exposure to cross-border transactions, international stakeholders, and high-impact decision-making.
You will contribute to securing new investments, structuring complex deals, and engaging with institutional investors — all of which are critical to accelerating BayWa r.e.’s mission in the energy transition.

What you will do

  • • You support and lead investment activities through financial evaluation, structuring, documentation preparation, and contract negotiation.

  • You build financial models and conduct project valuations to support investment decisions.
  • You maintain and develop relationships with debt funders and institutional equity investors across the APAC region.
  • You collaborate closely with APAC Corporate Finance and our Munich headquarters to ensure alignment on standards, strategy, and execution.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with experience supporting or leading deal execution.
