Chubb Life Global: Senior Finance Manager

This position will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the financial operations and processes of the entity. This position requires a deep understanding of finance and insurance processes and will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, compliance and operational excellence.

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports (i.e. LDTI, BMA returns) and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, and coordinating with stakeholders to align financial operations with business objectives.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the financial health of the business.
• Oversees certain financial systems, ensuring they are properly implemented and utilized.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline financial operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Ensure financial practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal standards, and manage risk       associated with financial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related disciplines
• HKICPA (or equivalent) holder
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant working experience; 
• Language requirement:  English (Required), Cantonese (Desired), Mandarin (Desired);
