Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale the next generation of our platforms and applications. You will be responsible for developing across the entire stack—from crafting responsive, accessible front-end experiences to architecting reliable, scalable backend services.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and fellow Engineers, influence architectural decisions, and mentor teammates while delivering high-quality solutions that directly impact our business and users.

What You’Ll Do

• Build, scale, and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend.
• Architect, design, and implement robust APIs, services, and databases.
• Develop responsive and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance in application design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical roadmap and architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Drive engineering best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar), Node.js, and backend frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance in application design.

What We’Re Looking For

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), schema design, and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (design patterns, code reviews, CI/CD, agile development).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
