We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Manager with 6–8 years of experience to lead the development, enhancement, and commercial success of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of product marketing, user needs, and market dynamics. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution to deliver products that drive business growth and delight customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define, refine, and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and guide product direction.
- Build strong business cases for new product initiatives, articulating value propositions, market potential, and financial impact.
Product Roadmap & Planning
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and release milestones.
- Continuously evolve the roadmap based on data-driven insights, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback.
Product Development Lifecycle
- Lead product execution from concept to launch, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality.
- Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve the product experience.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM)
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Support development of GTM materials such as solution briefs, sales enablement content, product demos, and feature announcements.
- Track product adoption, customer engagement, and market impact to optimize future releases and marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the central liaison between executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Maintain clear communication around product priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Present product insights, roadmaps, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders regularly.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage analytics, user data, and KPIs to inform decisions and measure product performance.
- Run A/B tests, surveys, and research initiatives to validate assumptions and optimize user experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in product management, with exposure to product marketing and roadmap ownership.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, digital products, or technology-led environments.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
